How can I access my courses/content?
Once you have completed your purchase, look for an email requesting you set up login credentials. The email will contain a unique link to set up a new hStream ID using the address you provided.
If you already have an hStream ID using this email address, you do not have to create new login credentials and can begin accessing your new subscription
How can I find my transcript or find evidence of completed courses?
You will have access to transcripts through the HealthStream Learning Center (HLC).
How do I contact support?

How do I create an account with hStream?
After purchasing from HealthStream, you should receive an email with a link to create your login. Click the link and follow the instructions. The login you create will be for your hStream account, and you will be able to access your HealthStream content immediately.
How do I get a refund?
You can request a refund by writing to us at cmestoresupport@healthstream.com. A refund may be requested if:
- The request for a refund has been made in writing and within thirty (30) days of purchase; and
- Less than fifty (50%) percent of he courseware has been completed, the final exam has not been attempted and/or the certificate of completion has not been claimed, saved, e-mailed or downloaded.
